Welcome to the 24 HOURS OF RACING at Kecel Ring Amatőr Autocross.

Arrival at Kecel Ring Amatőr Autocross.

  • In the paddock is free choice of space.
  • The available pit areas are marked on the floor by color spray.
  • Reserving a space without a racing car only by blocking off with barrier tape is prohibited!

Friday, 30.08.2024

from 08:00 > Arrival

12:00 – 14:00 > Administrative scrutineering (team manager)

  • CONFIRMATION OF THE RULES BY SIGNATURE
  • Completed and signed disclaimer with all driver names + date of birth + signature. (Subsequent submission is no longer possible after Friday 14:00 due to changed insurance regulations!!!)
  • Copy of the type certificate or registration certificate for the Oldtimer-cup classification.
  • 100€ deposit for keeping the paddock clean. (Attention! The deposit can only be returned to Racecontrol with a photo of the clean paddock + loaded vehicle).
  • Each team manager draws the starting place for his team. The start number will then be sprayed on the floor of the start area.
  • At race control.

14:00 – 20:00 > Administrative scrutineering (drivers)

  • Check the data given in the disclaimer by showing your driver’s license and then handing out the driver’s wristband!
  • At race control.

14:00 – 20:00 > Technical acceptance (car)

  • Removed old adhesive transponder
  • Mud flaps on all four wheels
  • Stable, easily accessible and clearly visible towing eye at the front and rear (no fabric loops)
  • Suitable safety cell according to the regulations
  • Tires that comply with the regulations – Attention! Maximum tread depth 9mm!
  • Additional headlights must not be mounted on the hood or roof (no metal brackets allowed for mounting them on the bumper)!
  • Fire extinguisher in the car (min. 2kg ABC or similar)
  • Fire extinguisher in the team tent (6kg ABC or similar)
  • Seat with headrest & suitable safety belt (at least H-belt!)
  • Functioning lighting system (hazard warning lights, brake lights) & windshield wipers
  • Exhaust in standard condition! Fitted standard front silencer and standard rear silencer!
  • Volume measurement at standstill (4000 1/min) <90dB
  • Free movement of the differential
  • Radiator + fuel tank in factory position
  • LED start number Each team must ensure that a clearly legible LED start number is mounted on the vehicle. This can be mounted on the roof or on the rear side windows. The design is left to the team itself. Size: At least A4 format!

09:00 – 10:00 > Technical rescrutineering

11:00 > Driver briefing & pre-start

Mandatory for all Drivers – at the race track.

12:00 > Race Start

  • Starting grid on the long straight
  • Starting order according to the team principal’s draw. The start number is sprayed on the ground.
  • Long sleeves compulsory (trousers + shirt!)! Racing overall and mechanic’s overall recommended! Gloves of any kind recommended! Penalties will be imposed for non-compliance!
  • Standing start with the engine switched off (driver is already strapped into the car), the engine may be started after the starting gun.
  • The start number must be clearly legible at all times and must be cleaned if necessary!
